The subject of the contract is the sale of goods (especially works of art and/or creative products) via the online shop.
The presentation of the products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

## 3. Conclusion of Contract
By submitting an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending a confirmation email or dispatch the goods.

## 4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT (where applicable).
Additional shipping costs may apply, which will be indicated during the ordering process.

## 5. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop, in particular:

* Klarna
The invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

## 6th Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are indicated on the website. Should a product be unavailable, we will inform you immediately.

## 7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

## 8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.
### Cancellation Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the goods.

### Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding shipping costs, where permitted by law) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days.
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days.

## 9. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
* custom-made products
* personalized artworks

## 10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as in cases of injury to life, body or health.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

The works offered (e.g., art, designs) are subject to copyright.
With the purchase you acquire only the ownership of the physical product, but not the rights of use, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

## 13. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
