We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, the following regulations apply.

## 2. Cancellation and Return

Consumers have the right to request a return within **14 days of receiving the goods**.

To receive a refund, you must:

* the revocation must be made within the deadline
* The goods must be returned undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, the refund will be issued:

* within 14 days
* via the same payment method used for the purchase

## 4. Return shipping costs

The costs for the return shipment will be borne by:

* the buyer, provided there is no error on our part

In the event of a faulty or damaged delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs.

A refund is not possible in the following cases:

* custom-made or personalized products
* items that have already been used or damaged (unless caused by us)
